BEST STEAK EVER!! great food great service, you pay for it but it’s worth it. Workers are local, not slave labour working on a student visa like the majority of restaurants in south bank. Will be back again!!

I am completely amazed with how lovely the steak was, my friends where consistently bragging at how great it tasted and I tell you I couldn’t of chomped into a better medium rare. It was perfect, the staff where great and I had a lovely dinner. A little hint, get to the lift and head downstairs to the basement. It’s a pretty cool place.

Bit of a disappointing experience overall here for a pricey restaurant. Waitresses do not seem to understand the food let alone be able to explain it. Steak was overcooked, orders were mixed up and an order that was sent back was not fixed the second time around either. Risotto for one of our group members came out 5 mins separate to the other dishes in our group (only a small group of 6-7) without any apology or explanation given, and was watery and lacked any flavour. Then small things like excess glasses from our table not taken away, in fact was difficult go get anyone's attention. While the head waiter was apologetic, service generally was substandard. I won't be returning.
