Love the Regatta, but the food and service has significantly deteriorated!nYou had a wonderful Kofta meal that was tasty and really great.nIt’s been replaced with some sort of flatbread which cannot be cut, topped with soggy under cooked fries and some sort of lamb mince sausage on top.nThe meal was simply dreadful.nWhat was your chef thinking?nWe also ordered a side of fries soggy and under cooked and sprinkled with cheese which came out 20 minutes before the other meal items despite us requesting all items to arrive at the same time.nWhat’s with the cheese on top of the chips???nPizza arrived under cooked and was truly underwhelming.nTables not being cleaned up and glasses everywhere.nWe haven’t been at the Regatta for about 5 weeks but something has seriously changed, and not for the better.nWe used to look forward to a meal at the Regatta but I think the Normanby will get our money for the next few months!nPlease go back to Regatta of old.
if you’re looking for a steak or a chef that listens stay away! i ordered a medium rare sirloin, they brought me a well done rump so multiple things were wrong so i sent it back and then it took 40 minutes and when they brought out the final it was more well done than the original which felt intentional see photo. such a shame bc i used to come here all the time for classic pub fare but was so disappointed when I finally ordered a steal.
Great chips, steak okay, pork knuckles fatty but oh so good.nService better at the tables than the bar. Watch delivery of drinks matches size ordered and level.
This is an iconic pub in Brisbane. Service was great and food came out fast. The parmi was a bit dry but the meat lovers pizza was great. It’s up there in price but we both took home half our plates for lunch the next day so it’s worth it
Stopped by Regatta Hotel for a few evening drinks and absolutely loved it! The vibe is so relaxed and welcoming, and the variety of drinks on offer is impressive.nnDidn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but it looked tempting, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Brisbane. Perfect spot for a chill evening out!
