The team at Space property have looked after my investment for five years. I have always found them to be prompt and approachable when communicating and responding to my queries and requests. They have been very diligent in their ongoing management, demonstrating attention to detail at all times. Gabrielle has managed our property for nearly 10 years. In this time, we could not be any happier. In terms of what we can expect from Real estate agents these days - firstly I have found incompetence, ignorance and unwillingness to go the extra mile for the landlord. Secondly I think that most are mainly interested in the rent income dollar for them and do not have time, inclination to go the extra step . So my rating of 4 is in fact high compared to other agents but I certainly hesitate to score a 5 for ANY agents I have over my 5 properties!!
So thankful to have Gab and her amazing team look after my rental property. They screened and sourced lovely tenants. Quick to act on any maintenance issues, which keeps my tenants happy and protects my investment. 5 stars - Space property Toowong!
Gabrielle and the staff at Space Property have been expert, efficient and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Space Property as rental managers.
Gabrielle Trickey and her staff were wonderful in their dealings with my housemates and I whilst residing in Paddington. After frustrations with previous real estate management, Gabrielle was refreshingly personable and responded to any tenancy concerns immediately. If you are a prospective tenant or owner to be associated with Gabrielle Trickey properties, I would certainly recommend!
We had a great experience renting through Gabrielle Trickey Properties. Faria and the team are always very friendly and were always happy to assist myself and my partner with any enquiry we had.
