Good food. Nice and hard-working staff. Longish wait due to it being understaffed, but not too long. Overall pretty good.

This store is always understaffed and the wait times can get ridiculous. They frequently have signs up saying the soft serve machine is broken and number of times I’ve ordered a Bacon and Egg McMuffin - and paid for it - only be told they have no eggs.

Promoted products without being overly annoying and/or frustrating. Generally very friendly staff, however, will not push you into a conversation if you aren't into that. Waiting time is what you would expect from a McDonald's with especially exceptional times during the breakfast rotation. Only down side is that they often appear to be lacking staff in comparison with other McDonald's that I have dined at. In comparison to the rest of McDonald's stores in Brisbane - I am pleased that I have never been told that the Ice-cream machine is not working. On occasion, I will see costumers waiting for fries to be cooked while if you look over, they are only using up half of the fry cooker. Overall, an amazing experience and will return as well as recommend to all my friends and family.
