Before you’re thinking of going to this restaurant here’s some information. The food was utterly sweet, I had ordered a Salt Paper Calamari and it was extremely oily and sweet. The vegies from other dishes were frozen, the prawns weren’t fresh too. I could’ve cooked a better meal with very little experience. When we had the got there nobody was in the restaurant, it was like as if you were at home all by yourself. I had went with my family for dinner, this is our first time coming to this restaurant so we didn’t know it was like this. Like I said there was nobody in the restaurant which meant the food was supposed come in at least 15 minutes but we had sat there waiting for 45 full minutes. I sat there wondering what in the gosh damn world are these chefs doing. Once the food was coming in we were excited to eat and then that’s when we noticed it was horrible. Even some of the dishes were incorrect. We were waiting on 1 last dish but we had already finished our entire meal. I went home throwing up all of that food I had eaten as well as another family member. This is an utter disgrace to ‘ Thai ‘ food. The waiters were average. Never in my life would I ever come here again nor will my family members. Disappointed.

Where do I start? Having waited at least 45 minutes for the food to come out, it was extremely disappointing. The Pad Thai was sickeningly sweet, the veges were not fresh (probably frozen) and the seafood wasn't fresh either. Additionally, one of my relatives requested a vegetarian meal, only to find a piece of chicken in it. This left her vomiting all night and the staff members did not seem apologetic despite their carelessness and wrongdoing. Another one of my relatives was vomiting after having a calamari dish. I definitely would not be coming back to this "restaurant"

I work up the road from here and only tried Jai Thai for the first time last week. It was amazing. The lunch special is only $10-$15 and serving is very generous. Staff were helpful in recommending the type of curry to go with the meal also. Definitely will be returning.

Not only did the food take AGES to come out, and the food was insanely sweet, I ordered a vegetarian curry only to find chicken in it after having some. I’m not a vegetarian purely on moral reasons, meat makes me very ill and has since I was a child. I spent the rest of the evening throwing up in the bathroom. They offered no compensation, nor many apologies, for the horrible situation they put me through from pure carelessness on their part Would not recommend on any level

Absolutely appalling service. Had to wait almost one hour for food in an empty restaurant. Food was sickly sweet and the ingredients were far from fresh If I could give a worse star rating I would -11/5
