Food is on point, but the service is slow!
Need to reconsider staffing numbers during peak times... It's all very well getting customers in the door to get the revenue but if the kitchen can't keep up it's hopeless.
Classic Grill'd is always a winner.  Summer Sunset burger is my fave, so delicious!!!! I always modify my order (no bacon) and it's never an issue on the quality or taste.

I was tired and didn't look at the name of what I ordered. It was perfect! First the bread and chicken and roasted red pepper hit your taste buds and then BAM!, the jalapeno is jal-ap-en-your business!!! PERFECT. The sour cream arrives after to soothe you.
I couldn't be happier. Such an epic meal! 
It does pay to look at the name- I got the Hot Bird and yep, all throughout it (nice and consistent) that jalapeno hit is definitely felt.
I just picked it cause I read jalapeno and roasted red pepper.

Good burgers. My favourite is the mustard and pickled burger. The chips are good.

Great burgers but what was strange was my daughters 'kids' burger was the same as my Simple Burger plus she had chips for less price!. Next time, order a kids meal.
