Because it’s a chain restaurant, you know what you’re going to get. Tasty chicken. Perri perri chips. Spicy sauce which is great because those who enjoy spice and those who don’t can easily share a meal. The restaurant here always seems pretty empty when I’m here. The staff are helpful. When I ate here recently, they forgot perri perri spice on the chips. They fixed it for me immediately. I like the fact that they have a sink where you can wash your hands before you eat. That’s a feature more restaurants should have.

My colleague and I had lunch here. The food was good. The staff were nice. We did wait quite sometime for our order of chips. Overall a good experience.

Service was decent and quick enough. Food was ok as well. Nothing to shout about but not bad either. Everything you would expect from a franchise outlet.

Thanks for the reminder why I hate Nando's. I used to love eating Nando's when they first opened, which is imprinted in my memory but each time I've eaten at Nando's over the past couple of years, it simply reinforces not eat here again. How can a meal take 15mins to prepare in an empty restaurant? And the meal is poor at best. Certainly will definitely never eat here again. Thanks for the reminder why I hate Nando's. Nando's Toowong
