Service was below average, waitresses seemed not keen to work and not very friendly.Food was too greasy. The German Club in Brisbane is better. Tried to taste beer but nobody was working in there, music was playing windows were open but doors locked?! We asked waitresses, should we wait. The girl did come back. We waited for 20 minutes, nobody come. The place is full of mosquitos. Female toilet did not have paper towels..

Went for a company social lunch - had the half portion pork knuckle and it was very filling - definitely sufficient for one person unless you are really hungry. Most of it was tender and crackling was crispy except for some bits on the outside which was overcooked. Could do with a bit more sauce. Had some lemon lime and bitters as well and it came in an absolutely enormous stein :) nice touch. great views over the water. Definitely worth a visit.

I came with my husband to the bar to have a dinner with friends.I ordered all the meals together and one of the meals was the Munich platter for two, also a salad and few sausages. It was between 7:30pm. I spent $88. I’ve noticed that the order took a while to arrive, and I came back to the bar to complain about the waiting. It was almost one hour waiting. It does not matter how long I’ve waited, 40 minutes or 60 minutes. The place was not that crowded for a Thursday night. One of the bars was closed and the only one taking orders was the one inside, passing the hostess. Suddenly after complaining, the waitress came to me, arguing that I was waiting 40 minutes and not 1 hour as I mentioned with a lot of attitude and very aggressive. I simply was hungry and all of my guests too. Waiting 40 minutes it is already a long wait. The bartender could have told me that the wait for this order could take a while, with a peace of mind I would be more than happy to order some more drinks. Communication is everything! Me and all my guests were surprised at her rudeness. Arguing with a client does not take to anywhere, in front of everybody. 20 minutes more or less it does not matter when you are kind to someone. She could simply apologize for the long waiting and also could say that surely the dish will be delicious as an excuse. But she scared me. She is not a person to deal with the public letting the anger speak louder than the respect.

Food under 1 star!!! Saturday night sitting 2 adults 2 children very busy as expected.. Service from AyanoM was excellent, beer was nice and cold.. But food was very below average. Really disappointed.. Our 2 mains wiener schnitzel and BBQ schnitzel at $29.50 each were large servings but had absolutely no flavour at all... I seriously should have not paid for the meal but it was my daughter's 9th birthday and I didn't want to make a problem as she loved her kids cheese burger.. As someone in the industry I can tell you that the oil temperature the schnitzel was fried in had dropped to such a low temperature it was stewed for a long time until it finally just started to brown although still had soggy breadcrumbs ... Absolutely revolting and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to give such a negative review.. Seriously seriously disappointing!!!

Good times slipping soothing sipping suds to my beer gripping buds. The bar staff were accommodating in our requests for privacy however we still had rude patrons inquiring about my bare feet. My nubile clubs were on display "solely" for my friends (teehee little foot joke for y'all) pleasure pumping antics. One star short because of rude patrons. Ample napkins for at least 5 virile men.
