My partner and I went into the store to get our feet scanned to determine what shoes were best for our strange feet. A very friendly gentlemen called Luke took the time in helping us out from explaining the results of our feet scan and also helped us try on multiple shoes/socks/insoles till we found the right fit. We were so amazed by his customer service, product knowledge and attention to detail and the level of care that we can’t help but purchase the shoes that he recommended. To quote my partner’s satisfaction: “it was like walking on clouds”. Although the pricing was a little on the high side but nevertheless we were happy with our purchase and appreciated his attention to detail to our shoe selection and going through in-depth details on our feet scans. I would love to recommend him for a customer service award if such a thing exists at The Athlete’s Foot.
Juts arrived in store to find a new pair of sneakers, Cara went above & beyond and was incredibly friendly & helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for some new shoes. Thank you again Cara - Gary Luke
I came in store a couple of weeks ago and I was greeted by a lucas who said hello then ignored me and stood on the other side of the store . luckily a lovely young girl saw me and came over to help while serving another customer. she was very knowledgeable and professional and made the service quick and effortless to help me pick the perfect shoes. erica deserves the recognition for how well she managed customer and service.

Went to MacArthur square to purchase a new pair of white sneakers. Been having major foot issues. So have to purchase all new footwear. India went above and beyond. The shoes I wanted weren’t in stock so she happily ordered them for me and had them delivered to my door. They arrived within 24 hours. Will definitely be back
Today Sun 13/2/22 hubby & I visited Athletes Foot at Mac Square. I had a major problem at Liverpool store.I wasn't happy with their service & outcome. So we went to Mac Square. As busy as the store was, India was absolutely amazing she certainly was so patient, helpful, understanding, courteous & she was lovely. We left very satisfied. Thanks India
I needed to find some shoes suitable for golf that would also fit orthotics. Kayla saw me waiting for service and though she was already serving someone she let me know I'd been noticed and served me as soon as possible. She was very knowledgeable and quickly found a couple of suitable choices for me. Her manner was very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely go back for any sports shoes and although it was a busy Saturday morning I noticed that the other staff also appeared very helpful. Excellent customer service.
Outstanding experience from India, measured my foot , walking style tried all different types of shoes ,she was very patient and not pushy with my wife and I , didn't have my ASICS Nimbus size / colour in stock, India arranged from another store had them in 3 days. Alanna also assisted whilist picking up and was equally as friendly. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect sports shoe. Great service :.
Very patient with me, after a bad fitting at another Athletes foot, they did a re fit with me here. I went back due to having pain after a run and they allowed another refitting. I had pain again but went to physio, the first pair of shoes I got from the other store actually damaged my ligaments/ tendons. So the 2nd pair of shoes might have been okay but still recovering.
Had an amazing experience with Alanna, she's incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was looked after, even though she was the only sales person on a busy Sunday afternoon.
