Rip offs!!
I bought a pair of black heels. Have only had them for 3 months and the heels have chipped badly, not to mention I don't wear them everyday. Would have worn them 10 times max and walked for 20mins max per wear. I complained to the store supervisor and asked for a heel replacement only to be ushered and told rudely to go to shoe repairs!! I have had no issues with shoes from Rivers. DSW has lost a customer and would continue losing more due to word of mouth!! Worst after sale customer service!

I went Thursd 5.30  sign says back in 30min

At 8pm they closed

Sund they don't open till 10am   grrr
