Went in looking for a particular shoe i have bought before. Staff member told me they don't sell that brand. I replied saying I have bought the shoe from the shop before. The staff member replied saying that they don't sell that particular shoe and that I should go to Penrith and buy it. Um I have never gone to Penrith to buy these shoes... Penrith isn't that close and on top of that she dismissed me and went to another person when I hadn't finished. Very rude.
