I rang the Chadstone store in Melbourne on three seperate occasions with three different staff members each time which were incompetent and not helping me at all. I then decided to try my luck with the Sydney store and they were amazing! Dominique is absolutely outstanding with her sales skills and how she treats customers. She also posted my item from Sydney over the weekend so I received it within 24 hours! I highly recommend this store. My shoes are top quality soft leather. Fit perfectly. Thank you for helping Dominique!
