Was there at 4:40 28/7/18. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a while. Liked the shoes but no way in hell was I going to buy it here. Girl who “served” me was just plain rude and looked like she didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t even sure if I could ask her for sizes and when I did she just came back at me saying “we don’t have that size” and stormed off. Made me feel so uncomfortable. Didn’t recommend a similar style, didn’t want to check which store had them , just wasn’t interested. Hope she was just work experience and wasn’t getting paid because quite frankly, she wasn’t doing her job. Never going back there again. Recommend trying Winsor shoes next door. Much more friendly and great styles to choose from.
