Extremely disappointing service. I purchased a pair of casual shoes of brand Diadora on 21 August 2016. I paid $49.90 for this pair. At the time sales staff assured full refund or exchange if unsatisfactory. I wore these shoes a few hours on my day off generally to walk down the mall or drop and collect my child from school. Realised the shoe is very dis-comforting and actually heats up my feet due to lack of ventilation incorporated in the shoe design. Also the nubs on the shoe soul have started to flatten, which generally in my feet happens only after a few months of wearing a particular shoe. So I took the shoe to the shop and the so called store manager refused to even hear my concerns regarding the shoe I purchased just a few days ago. She in fact showed me a cold shoulder and said I cannot do anything regarding this, the shoe has been worn. I will never step into this shop again and would like to warn others from buying shoes from this store as perhaps the shoes they sell are of very inferior quality and they have no true intention to refund or exchange.
