The worst customer service I have experienced in any store. A few weeks ago I purchased some boots from here and I endured 1 week of constant pain around my ankles. It was unbearable to handle so I figured Novo would have some sort of refund policy or be able to exchange goods. They rudely told me they I can't return or exchange the shoes that I purchased. Other competitors like Target or Kmart are leaps and bounds ahead of the atrocious experience at Novo Shoes. Will never be returning again and I highly recommend anyone not to visit. You will return disappointed.
