I’m been a customer there for many years. I went last Wednesday afternoon and patiently waiting 10 minutes to check the new bondi 8 After I told the salesman to give more time to think about it it absolutely ignored me and serving somebody right away, I come back to purchases the shoes still very rude
Visited Blacktown store yesterday, Friday 13th May 2022, looking for a good pair of running shoes. The lady that served me was friendly, knowledgeable and even though another person walked in after me, she didn't make me feel rushed. This is why I always go to this store for my runners.
I hardly find any good deals or sales and only two staff attending people , i wait for some time but the staff seems not to multitask. Let one person try on the shoes and look around attend another one like other stores. Give costumer the required shoe size and move on. You literally don’t have to just sit chatting with them. Let them try shoes and get back to you if they need another size. But staff here spends a long time just dealing with one customer at a time and eventually after a wait of 10 to 15 mins i leave. This has happened like 5 times and we go to another store get attended in time.The store has limited display as well. They just need to multitask and be quick.
Service was a little slow, unfortunately not one of the service staff acknowledged any customers waiting to be served, they were very busy, so I didn't mind waiting, however a polite gesture of "I won't be long" definitely wouldn't do any harm. If have a good product, make the experience good to.
The BlackTown branch is very nice, smiling, the place is beautiful , and you are a welcome customer. I took my boots and I am happy. Thank you, thank you especially Brendon N He helped me in the fastest time, very wonderful, really thank you Regards Khalid 11/11/2021
Went for a fitting and was given 2 pairs of shoes to try. Neither felt perfect but I spent a bit of time properly walking around in both and in the meantime more customers entered the store and I was forgotten about. After about 40 minutes of being told "I'll be with you in a second" I gave up and left. Very disappointing as I would usually buy online however wanted some "expert" opinions as well as being able to try on multiple options, so was willing to pay extra however was left feeling disappointed and ignored.
Bronson was professional and knowledgeable. Great service
I am a returning customer however today’s non-service has really upset me. I waited patiently to be served and on my second return waiting another costume who came after me was served before me. I ended up leaving and not buying shoes. It was unfair to serve another customer when the one staff member had informed the other staff member that I had been waiting.
