I was there the other week with my daughter who was searching for a particular pair of Vans sneakers. We were served by Louie who was very cheerful and attentive. Even when he found out the store did not carry the shoes he continued to help us out to make sure we found the correct size and he even located a store that did have the stock. I really appreciated his patience and friendliness.

I wanted a pair of shoes in store and only one store in the country had my size in Tasmania the staff went beyond to order and deliver the shoes from down there and it was super appreciated, every one working there was super helpful and nice would definitely shop there again.

These criminals sold me faulty shoes and refused point-blank to give me a refund or exchange the shoes even after I showed them evidence of law requiring that they do so. I also showed them the injuries I incurred wearing the faulty Nikes. I have bought my shoes here for years - both for myself and my kids who are now grown and still buy their shoes here. Never again. They don’t allow a score of zero in this review section.
