An email could have saved me two hours and hassle.  I ordered online click and collect and received an email saying that my order is ready for pickup, 6 days ago. I went to pick up the shoes and they said there was a problem with size and they have none left. They immediately refunded me. However, they should have notified me about it when they came to know the issue so that I wouldn't be going there to pick it up. They had 6 days to notify me. Complete waste of my time due to their negligence and/or lack of knowledge.

So pleased I had Jacob M find my right shoes in this store - he’s very savvy and just knew immediately which shoes would suit me just by my short description of what I wanted! I’m really happy with my runners -  a rare experience for me. . Upon this discovery I bought extra pairs - Thanks Jacob!

Got my new pair for F45. Really personalised service. The folks at the store were focused and patient with me! Gave me many options. Priced well and quality is great.

Josh was the best. Very helpful and friendly. I spent nearly 30 minutes there trying to figure out what to buy, still couldn't decide.. didn't end up buying anything... I will again be buying from athletes foot. I do think the "science" of getting your feet measured and fitted adds a lot to the experience and the staff were friendly. They didn't have my preferred colour in store so they did the old "searcharoo" and had it delivered at no extra charge.

I had an awesome experience shopping at The Athlete's Foot in Chadstone Shopping Centre. Tilly was very friendly and helpful. I loved that I went in, told her what I was looking for and came out with exactly what I needed with no hassle. I know I could have bought the same shoes online for cheaper but the customer service is well worth the difference. Especially having just been to a bigger sports shoe retailer where I waited 10 minutes to get generic help, Tilly's professionalism was outstanding. Definitely would shop there again.

I had a great experience here over the weekend. The store was busy but the manager Lucy made my experience worth the drive out to the store. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient in assisting me choose the correct footwear for my needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your great customer service

My wife bought new shoes yesterday, feel narrow come back today. Manager Lucy said cannot refund because dirty. My wife try to clean it and bring back. Only offer swap with another shoes. Not happy with this policy!

Friendly efficient service from knowledgeable staff, from first phone enquiry to in store pick up of shoes. Liam followed this up with excellent customer service when I had to swap for another size buying for my daughter. He delivered on his promise, which is so rare in customer service but makes such a positive impact. Great job!
