I have been wearing Bared shoes for a few years now. I keep returning not only because of the comfort & quality of the shoes but also for the fantastic customer service.nnLast week I visited the Armadale store and was served by the lovely Chloe. Even though they were very busy with their sale, she was polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. It's always a big plus when the staff take the time to assist and ensure the shoe is suitable and appropriate fit. Thank you.
Bared Armadale provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.nConsidered, attentive service from the first greeting, an impressive feat considering how busy the store was.nnYesterday, I arrived to trial some shoes for a special occasion, and was welcomed to return with the dress it to see how the shoes suited.nnI did so today, and again received the same high level of care, I was even offered to try the shoes on with the dress in the bridal department upstairs!nnI initially provided incorrect information about the sizes I trialed yesterday, and was met with patience and kindness when I realised my mistake.nnI love my new shoes, but it was the consistent level of quality service that will make me a loyal customer. A heartfelt thank you to the two consultants that assisted me.
It was the first time I shopped at Bared footwear and certainly won’t be the last. Alana was so knowledgeable and professional in helping me choose two pairs of shoes. As I have major issues with my feet I thought I would need to be in Sketchers for the rest of my life, after over an hour of trying so many lovely designs on, the two I purchased were perfect nThe only problem was I wanted more!!nThank you Alana and all the other staff members, you made an arduous job such a great experience
The staff at Bared are always attentive, great at listening, helpful and show a genuine interest in the customers. I always love shopping at Bared and wearing the Bared shoes.nToday my mum got some navy sneakers and I got some low heels. The lovely staff member was amazing with my 87 year old mum and myself.nThankyou for always making me feel welcome, making my feet feel great and look awesome in your shoes and runners.
New to bared footwear and purchased some shoes online. Came into store hoping to exchange sizing for a couple of shoes. I was assisted by Suzie who was an absolute star, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining what size fits right on my feet. She shared so many useful information about styles and fits, and how to care for different fabrics. Really appreciated Suzie's passion and customer service!
