I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service this place has. Every staff I interacted with was extremely helpful. The shoes themselves are of high quality both inside and out and very well made. They also include fitting pads which you can adjust to give you that perfect fit. Thank you so much!
I recently shopped at Bared Armadale for the first time and I wish I had done it sooner. As soon as you enter, the store is very presentable and clean and the staff there are very welcoming. I have big feet and find it hard to find stylish yet comfortable shoes, Elly apologies if I got the name wrong was extremely patient, accommodating and friendly. She made my experience super pleasant and for the shoes.. all I can say is they are super comfortable, extremely stylish and they actual fit perfectly! I walked out of the store super happy with my experience and purchases. Will definitely be back again to purchase the other shoes I had my eyes on. Although the shoes are on the pricey side, it is definitely worth it.. you won’t regret it!
I don't ever post reviews but this is the best company EVER! I ordered my bridal shoes with the shoe clips online and was updated every step of the way. When the shoes arrived, they were a bit too big and the clip wasn't the colour I was expecting. I emailed their customer service department at 7pm and had a response by 9:30PM. Rachel from Bared sent me out a brand new pair in the size down to try before I sent back the other shoes, so I could make sure I had the perfect fit. She gave me detailed instructions on how they should fit and how to return the clips and shoes when I had made my decision. Not to mention, the shoes are absolutely beautiful, high quality and super comfortable. If you are on the fence - BUY from Bared! It is worth the money! :
I bought some shoes my daughter & I to wear overseas on a holiday. I ordered them 3working days before our flight - they arrived the day of our flight. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery, and quality of the shoes - sadly I had ordered the wrong size. So I rang Bared & spoke to a friendly woman who told me how to do a return. It was all very simple - totally happy with the whole experience!
This was my first visit to Bared on the recommendation of a friend. The store is well laid out and the shoes are displayed elegantly. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and extremely patient while l made my decision and the shoes l purchased are soft black leather with a very supportive footbed. I am looking forward to wearing them!!
I bought a pair of Thorntails and due to my foot shape they wore the inner heel lining down quickly . I notified Bared for some advice. They could not have done more with their response. Quickly replacing the pair. When this happened again they replaced it with another more suitable suggestion AND also paid for the other pairs to be repaired. Their customer service and kindness was second to none . It’s so nice to know the quality product is backed to the core . I highly recommend on every level…as they say you get what you pay for . Tried on a few pairs today, the service was impeccable! Lovely girls helped my friend and I out with sizes and styles. Gorgeous shoes too. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
I was so impressed with the customer service from Ben and Courtney. They made me feel extremely comfortable when I was indecisive about what I wanted, I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or as though I was an annoyance with trying on multiple styles. I ended up purchasing 3 styles online to earn Qantas points. Ben was helping multiple customers at once and was still very accomodating to me. This was my first time shopping at Bared. Courtney explained the background of the shoes and made me feel confident I was making a great purchase for my upcoming holiday. Thank you for such great customer service! I will certainly be back.
I’m sorry to say that on this occasion, I was really disappointed in the sales assistant that served me. I went with my sister, who had a lovely assistant look after her. I said I was a size 40 and I ended up being a 39. So the assistant had to go and get 3 pr of size 39. From that point, I felt she was abrasive. I was wanting to buy 2 pr of shoes , so I asked to try a runner. I was told out of all the runners the only one that would fit me was one style. I tried it on and it was quite stiff. Assistant asked if it was too tight, I said my toe is touching the end, she abruptly asked again, is it too tight!!!!? I replied , it is a bit stiffer than I like. It will stretch she said. I said I have worked in shoes for 18 years, and I know not to buy shoes hoping they will stretch. EACH TO THEIR OWN! She replied. By this time, I was almost at the point of telling her, I don’t like your attitude.I was polite , I used my manners at all times, and when I walked out, I felt so disappointed that I had that experience. Usually , the service has been outstanding, and I have told many people this. So, I was left with nothing else to try on, and to be honest, I did not feel comfortable to even ask for another shoe to try. I could not see the assistants name on my receipt , but she was approx 25 yrs, had worked there for 5 months, and was covering lunch breaks . She had dark hair and wore a thick black headband. I have worked in sales for 20 years, and have been a high end Mystery shopper, and this girl did not perform to the standard that I am usually accustomed to in this store. You’re paying a decent price for the shoes, and you certainly should be treated with a bit more courtesy and respect.
