I have lots of trouble finding comfy shoes due to a high instep and I had an idea of what I wanted from the website. I was served by a lovely salesperson called Lauren, she gave me the styles I was interested in to try but they were not as comfortable for me so she suggested a few other styles. She also bought them out in the next size up and I found the best shoes which were a different colour than I originally thought of, but they fitted beautifully and were also very comfortable. She also threw in some gel pads in case they rubbed on my toes and a pair of ball of foot gel pads.Thanks so much Lauren; and I can't wait to wear them. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back!!
My first time shopping at Bared shoes today, and very happy with my shoes and the whole experience. The assistance I received from staff was excellent; I explained that I was having an orthotic fitted by my physio this week, and she guided me rhrough whole process. Lovely, well made stylish shoes - and I received a 10% discount because of my physio referral. Will defintely be shopping more at Bared!
Love the shoes based on the one day I have worn them - bought a pair of low heeled tan sandals. Wanted a pair of nicer shoes that I could dress up or down but also that I could walk in quite comfortably for long periods of time. Bought them based on reviews so fingers crossed they live up to the hype I’ll repost when the weather is not so revolting in Melbourne and I can actually wear them without getting frostbite. I also love the customer service at the Armadale store - the young woman who helped me was fabulous.
I’ve been a loyal Frankie4 customer for years, but after visiting Bared’s Armadale store, I’m completely converted! I bought four pairs over the weekend, and honestly, I wish I’d tried them sooner. The shoes are absolutely stunning, beautifully made, and so comfortable - easily the most supportive and stylish shoes I’ve ever owned.nnThe in-store team were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt special from the moment I walked in. Chloe, the manager at the Armadale store, is outstanding - her kindness and professionalism turned a good experience into an exceptional one. I’m completely in love with every pair and already planning my next purchase!
Shout-out to Shu, who helped me out today.nnHe was incredibly patient, attentive and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through different sizes and insole combinations and really tried to find the best fit for me. Very much appreciated as shoe shopping is always difficult for me.nnAlas, it turns out Bared sneakers just aren't a great fit for my feet. But I still wanted to give kudos where it's deserved. Five stars for the customer service. Thank you, Shu!
