The service was superb! I had to keep trying a lot of shoes as they were either not suitable for me or not my style. The staff was patient and also helpful when I couldn't decide what flats I want. She also help to suggest the shoes for me based on my requirements. I would definitely visit again when I am in Melbourne! :)

I was so excited to find a store that stocked my size in so many different styles of shoes (size 14). I highly recommend this store to anyone struggling to find larger shoe sizes. The staff were so helpful (thanks Hash!) - great to have such fantastic customer service!

Rosenberg's is easily the best place around to get larger shoes. The stock levels on their site have been right every time I've gone in, they've always got something I want, and the staff are super pleasant to deal with.

At the age of 32 I have FINALLY found a store that caters for my feet! Being a size 43 I'm lucky enough to be able to squeeze (literally) into large cut 42s from Whittner and Jo Mercer, and I came to believe that blisters, cramps and pain walking anywhere in nice shoes was the norm. Not anymore! Rosenberg shoes are my actual size, they don't take weeks to 'break in' and they actually feel comfortable! The website doesn't do the store justice, if you can get to the store I highly recommend it, fantastic service and a bigger range than online. The prices may seem high but that's common for 'specialty' products like these, and the quality is very high, so value is still there. Thank you Rosenbergs!
