I couldn't commend the service I received at Gilmours, Melrose Park any higher. They are brilliant. I came to the store at opening time and the personal care and customer service I received was first class. They have me on their data base for the work shoes I usually get yearly. I was even more happy They had my size 16 which can be hard to find. I'm going to keep on coming back so please don't disappear. I am extremely happy. Thankyou once again. I've been a member for the last decade and will continue to do so. Karl Koenecke
Staff are very patient no matter how many shoes you try on, ordered sandals as my size was not in stock arrived the very next day from interstate.
I just purchased a pair of the most comfortable shoes I’ve had in a very long time. The young woman Hannah who served me was absolutely fantastic. She listened to what I needed and then went out of her way help. I’ll definitely go back there for my next pair of shoes and I will definitely recommend going there to anyone.
Excellent Service helpful Staff Shoes bit expensive but need correct footwear suggested by my Podiatrist and physio.
These girls rock at customer service and product knowledge. The range they stick is awesome and they are always happy to get your size in for you with no obligation to buy. Layby no probs - so nice to be able to do that given my footwear can be pricey.
