I have been a client of Extra Depth Footwear for many years. Kim has exceptional expertise and experience, as well as considerable thoughtfulness and patience in her interactions with clients. Kim is especially mindful of the specific needs of individual clients, having often spent well over an hour with me to ensure that the shoes I ultimately buy are completely suitable for my needs and fit well. Also, Kim is not at all "pushy", which makes it so easy to return: she is more interested in the satisfaction of her clients than merely "making a sale". I would never even consider going to another shoe shop, and will allways come back to Kim and her able assistant, Jessica. Margaret
Took my 86 year old mother to look for shoes. She has many special requirements and was recommended by her Podiatrist. We met Jessica at the Shop and she was very helpful and spent about an hour with mum. We had a great experience and Mum bought a new pair of shoes which she was very happy. 10 out 10 to Extra Depth Footwear Elsternwick.
My sister-in-law bought a pair of Finn Comfort Baltrum shoes for $370, she wore them twice for half an hour each time and got blood blisters. When her mother went to get a refund they refused, and were given some sticky pads instead. For this price, you would expect the shoes to be comfortable - or your money back. Finn Comfort is a misnomer
We have been buying shoes for years from Extra Depth Footwear. Always exceptional service and care for my Mum who requires specialised footwear. Highly recommend!
Highly disappointing experience after spending $370 on shoes for my daughter which gave her blood blisters after two brief wearings. When I took the shoes back to the store, their solution was to give me a pair of adhesive pads!!
