I have bought lots of shoes from this store and i have never had a problem. Store assistants always happy to help and nothing has ever gone wrong with the shoes. thank you ladies great job.

I brought a pair of heels in the style ninette & they were great and comfortable to walk in so I loved them! After wearing a few times the clasp broke, so I took them back to the store to get an exchange, the lady at the store would not give me an exchange because they had already been worn and even though they were a faulty product she wouldn't do anything, I walked away annoyed but what could I do? About 6 months later I had an event and I decided to get the same shoes again (bad idea) but because they were so comfortable and I had loved them I went ahead. I wore them out one night and the sole of the heel came off! So now they are unwearable, I don't care if i spend $30 on shoes that wreck easily but these shoes I paid $69.95 twice $139.90 down the drain. All in all I think they sell cheap quality shoes & have poor customer service when dealing with faulty products 👎🏼
