Poor Customer Service  First time I have felt the need to leave a review. I returned a pair of unworn shoes and was refused a refund only a credit note. Manager was convinced I had worn the shoes even after explaining many times I hadn't worn them.  I have escalated this matter further. Based on my experience I would not recommend this store.

Enjoy, enjoy & enjoy.  Look enough & you will always find a shoe that will catch your fancy, or several shoes.  Prices are reasonable, usually an extensive size range is available but do remember, end of season can be limited.  Also a limited mens range.  Open 7 days.  Staff helpful. Easy to find, down Warrigal Rd  over South Rd look to the shopping centre on your left.

I need to avoid this place cos I always buy shoes.. can always find a bargain..

This is my favourite place to go shoe shopping - always a bargain to be had, so much to choose from, and the staff are more than happy for your to spend as much time as you like trying on shoes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for smaller or larger sizes as well.

Nothing in my sizes If you have big size 10 or up or small size 6 down. You will have an array of shoes to fit you.

I like wittner, it's a very good brand but I don't understand why we have to wear mask inside the shop when it is not mandatory wear mask in Victoria
