Friendly service and well organised store. It was easy to identify the different areas and find what we were looking for quickly without needing to ask. Staff were eager to greet and see if we needed any assistance and offered suggestions on different products. While the store is a little smaller there is a fair selection of items and look forward to returning in the future.
Friendly and helpful staff! Not as big and well stocked as other Rebels I've been to but good enough.
This is quite a large Rebel Sports outlet. It's well laid out with plenty of aisle space and a great range of products from small items like fitbits to large items like exercise equipment. The sales rack at the back of the store is always worth checking out. The staff is super friendly, helpful and provides excellent customer service. There's plenty of car parking although it can get pretty busy on the weekends.
Came in with my husband to look at a cheap basketball system around $400 for my son .Spoken to Dan and looked at all the models then the beast Spaulding 54 inch. Dan was honestly so helpful and upfront and accommodating. He didn't have what we wanted and ordered another at a another store and ending spending$1700. Thanks for for going out of your way to help.
Prompt, helpful, friendly staff. Good range of products obviously, mostly sport-related at decent prices.
Really mixed emotions on this one. It's a nice big store, and another store had called them to set aside some aqua shoes for us, which they did. Before I realized they were at the front counter, I went back and waited for a long time for the one person who was working in the shoe department to emerge from the back. There were a lot of people waiting. This was within an hour of closing on a Sunday
I ordered some boxing gloves click and collect and within 2 hours i received an email to say my goods were ready to collect. I drove to Rebel Sport Mentone and phoned them and within 5 minutes i was handed my package. I went home and put the gloves to the test and began boxing. The glove's were perfect. So all in all excellent same -day service and a terrific product.
Found it very easy to buy from the rebel website and then click and collect during the lockdown period. Staff were friendly and efficient and the order was ready for collection the same day within a matter of hours. The store had the item ordered as described. Would shop here again.
Got what we were looking for. At double the discount
Well I went in for pool cue, and they don't stock them any more but on website says they do.. only frankston does till they sell out . Just heaps of clothes and swim stuff in there now..
