Worst customer service. The younger staff are fine but the older lady’s have made me feel awful on multiple occasions. They look at me odd, are very rude, and treat me as if I'm not human, I don't understand why, each time I’ve been in this store I have always been very nice to staff but I’m so sick of it. They are seriously miserable people. Need customer service training or need to be fired! They shouldn’t be making young girls like myself feel like this. I refuse to go back there as I always leave feeling horrible.

Always enjoy shopping at TKMAX. Regular visits pays off especially when searching for specific items. As per the store's statement 'once it's gone, it's gone', you won't see it again. And it's true for most things. Looking for bar stools and found what I liked - at a good price and quality, and the right colour. Also a good place for gift ideas.

Visited today, they had an amazing pet selection. The only unfortunate part is it has less options for medium to large dogs. However they still had amazing wooden crates perfect for indoors that came with a bed already inside it. It was too small to get for my dog, but such an amazing addition to all the great finds you can get there as well.nn100% is more of a “let’s see what throws or cushions they have” instead of having anything specific in mind.nnThey also have an amazing candle selection and the quality and size is astounding for the prices.nn100% recommend giving it a visits if you’re feeling a bit stuck on what to buy for an area of your home. You can almost guarantee you’ll walk out with 1 item, and if not, you’ll definitely have found something you like that you’ll wish you bought.nnAlso a very large and clean location for those who value that in a store.

So messy and rude staff I called up and asked if they had a bag and they said they had four and I was just confirming because I live sort of far away and when I got there they pretty much told me they never had stock of it and they can’t help me? Like what do you mean of it said you had 4 in the system where are they and if you sold them you would know of you sold them and I know for a fact they had a least had one because I saw someone on Facebook get one of them. Anyway 50MIN car ride home  and panic attack of how messy and busy it was later no bag.

Always find nice things here at reasonable prices. Would be good to have a larger selection of designer items
