Quality suits but even higher quality service! Came here on recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Meera from the Moorabbin store is a highly capable, accommodating and informative store person. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with a lot of the decisions I was unsure about. Very friendly and genuine vibes all around. Daniel Hecter comes highly recommended

Found customer experience to be excellent they make sure you're looked after with good recommendations. Quality has been good so far about 6 months in with regular wear. Have come back to finish off corporate wear.
Really easy experience. They had the right fit for me and were attentive but not pushy. Very happy suit purchase.
Quality of products are amazing, but customer service is terrible. The lady that served me was great when selling, but when exchanging for something was she was very rude and after I exchanged she kicked me out of the store. I really want to complain and take it further, but this lady is not worth my time. I hope the retail industry will get cleansed from these horrible people and replaced with more understanding, compassionate and respectful workers who actually care about the customer.
Amazing quality suits and exceptional service! Christina helped us organise the perfect suit for our wedding, and was helpful throughout every step of the way. We were very happy with the price too. Many thanks to Christina and her crew we'll be back for more suits in the future!
No Customer service. The sales lady was manning the front part of the shop so she could not help me. The lady at the fitting room could not leave her post either to assist me. I was told to wait in line to ask my question at the register.
Loved my experience of getting a suit at Daniel Hetcher. Christina was super helpful and really knew her stuff.
Very bad customer service for refunds. I don’t recommend this shop for shopping
