We went to Giordano store in Moorabbin last week and was served by Isabella. Absolutely, fantastic service and we ended up buying lots of staff. She was very friendly and helped us to choose and find the right size tees, shirts etc. Because of that, we went again and today on 15 dec we were served by Ngoc. Didn't really help us, she was behind the counter and didn't even want to check whether they have stock or not. very bad customer service. May be she can learn from other staff how to treat customers.

Good clothes but no customer service. Walked in with no acknowledgment  asked for help about a product  was given and answer but when needing further assistance , as struggling to look for sizes the two  ladies  at the  counter continued there conversation  so we walked out... Thanks for nothing....

Good store to shop , excellent customer service. I did an exchange after 45 days . Though there were busy they serviced us very politely.

I found this shop with variety of quality clothing for men and women. Sometimes they have good discounts, which are hard to resist. AL the items are good quality, reasonable price, nicely organized..... Well set up
