Bought something online which was delivered on 12 feb, i wasnt home so the driver left, after a week of calling couriers please and rebel sport service, several so called investigations later my package will finally be left at my door today. Go to the store if you want to get something quickly, rebel sport obviously has a lot of catching up to do when it comes to online sales, and couriers please also. Couriers no thanks.

Absolutely disgusting service and extremely bitchy and rude female staff. My friend and i were in the same change room and they told us to seperate as they would "not tolerate it". They proceeded to stand outside of the change room after we had told them we'd be out and we were just getting changed. I tried to walk past the girl standing at the door once i was changed but she blocked my path. She made us give each item back to them and then another girl proceeded to go through both of our bags and absolutely humiliate us. Absolutely appalled with this disgusting service and will not be going back to Rebel Sport Southland anytime soon. Staff need to lose their attitude or someone needs to give these girls a lesson or two in good customer service.
