Crowded parking with narrow lanes. My expensive biscuits were all broken. No staffed deli section. Self-service checkouts only and it was slow to scan my items. What a waste of time. Please put staffed checkouts back. The stats show customers prefer selfselve because that's all you offer. Not coming back again.
I go to this coles very often and usually have no problems, however an experience I had recently left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was simply getting some milk and comparing the different brands when a tall male employee with brown hair came up to me and told me to move out of the way in a very cold tone. I had only been standing there for about a minute and had already been there before he had arrived. He told me to move because he was going to mop the area, there was no sign placed near that area and if he had politely told me to move there would be no problem. However the way he said it is what left me feeling a little bitter.
Coles is always a solid choice for my grocery runs. The aisles are well-organized, and I can always find what I need without any hassle. The fresh produce section is top-notch, and their weekly specials make it easy to save a few bucks. The staff are friendly and ready to help with any questions. Coles has everything I need for a smooth and convenient shopping experience!
Soft plastics are no longer recycled. Not enough parking during busy times. Courteous customers. Staff could be more careful of others when manoeuvring trolleys around the store. Back to basics for everyone, groceries are too expensive.
