Paris went to all lengths to help me pick a nice pair of loafers that matched the outfit I was wearing and the occasion I was going to. Paris even called another employee working at a similar store across the centre to bring a potential matching belt! So friendly, and I will definitely be going back for any more dress shoe needs!

I bought a tanned belt 3 weeks ago and the buckle has torn  away from the leather, really poor design for such an expensive belt! There shoes are good quality but I’m very disappointed I now have to go and buy another one from somewhere else

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Penelope for finding and organising my size 39 warnocks! She was absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond for me! I have been wearing Aquila boots for the past 10 years and will be for the next 10. Great product! Great Staff!

Don’t post much reviews but I just got to say the team at Aquila in DFO Moorabbin was absolute gems! They helped me source sizes that I was after even though I got the incorrect size twice note to self make the person receiving come in and they gave such an amazing customer service. Thank you!

Excellent service by Jordan. Very happy with my purchase

Poor quality shoes. The first pair had come undone after a few weeks. The store refused to refund, instead gave me another pair. Those lasted for another month, and subsequent pair lasted another 1.5 months. Never came back since then.
