Was a bit skeptical about shopping for my son’s joggers at athletes foot as I’ve previously found other places more suitable. however after visiting the Caloundra Athletes Foot, I can happily say that I am well beyond impressed with our purchase, not to mention the accomodating, knowledge-driven staff member, Dylan. He went above and beyond and I will be sure to revisit next year when my boy reaches high school!! :

Went looking last minute for school shoes for my daughter as she was complaining about her feet in some shoes I had purchased from a shoe shop the month before. She was fitted properly and quickly by sales person. I was even informed that it would be beneficial to take her to a podiatrist after foot/walk scan that they do. They were correct about her possible feet issues. I am glad I visited this shop that day.Thanks so much. Great customer service, couldn't fault anything and if you have taken your kids shoe shopping, you know how tiresome it can be doing it yourself and then finding out shoes do not fit properly. Was in and out of the shop within 15mins!
Went shopping for running shoes, had my feet and stride measured and then given a selection of three. This is much better than shopping online as I now own a well fitting pair of Mizuno Waves 17 and they were discounted by $40.

Excellent service! Bought a pair of Saucony stability shoes. Young girl, Meg, was absolutely wonderful to help in selecting the right pair since I have had trouble with heel spurs. Keep up the good work.

I bought a pair of New Balance shoes from this shop and after 5 months they started to show signs of splitting above the sole. I referred it to the shop who came back with the reply “no warranty as it is fair wear and tear”. I am a 73 year old war veteran and only use these shoes to do a short walk twice a week. I was very disappointed with this business and their attitude. In the past I have bought several shoes from AF. But I can assure you I NEVER WILL AGAIN !!! Think seriously before doing business with them because once the sale is made they do not provide the expected level of customer service and support
