I’ve bought a lot of stuff here over the past few weeks and I’m really impressed with the staff in this store. Everyone is lovely, especially at the service desk in the back corner and the greeters on the front entrance. You always brighten my day, thank you!
Went to your store this morning and a lovely young assistant, Nikayla, went out of her way to help us find a bread box. She looked on line then went out to the back storage area when it wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Great service from a very polite cheerful young lady.
Ordered online a metal drink bottle and a Minecraft Sword Light. The parcel arrived today from KMart Caloundra just put into a plastic post bag. No packing. Just loose. The metal drink container was dented and the mixer ball was missing. The sword light was in a box that had holes in it and the top of the box had obviously been opened and was torn and re taped. I rang Coloundra and asked for the Manager. It’s Saturday so the Store Manager was unavailable. A female came and said she was one of the Managers. She was not helpful at all and told me to take the items back. I told her I lived on the Gold Coast. She was not in a helpful mode just saying I could get a refund. There was no care at all. She said I was rude but it was her that was u helpful and not concerned at all that these items had no protective packaging and that the light sword had been used and the box taped up. K Mart! You can do better!
The manager had zero customer service skills and lacked any ability to talk politely. Would give her zero stars if I could!nnWanted to exchange a babies size 00 swim suitnFor a larger size. Brand new, weren’t even tried on someone got them for my son and got the wrong size accidentally, tags still on it and had the receipt. Got told no exchanges on swimwear. Are you kidding me!?.. they are clearly un used!nAlso read someone else wrote this on there bad review for a similar thing and I couldn’t agree more -nKmart, I do not read store policies before shopping ,no one does .nThere is no signage in the underwear or swimwear sections stating this nor is therenanything on the receipt.
