Is every customer enquiry a hassle in this store? There’s a handful of absolutely amazing staff in this store - but if you’re not lucky enough to be assisted by them, chances are you’ll be spoken down to and belittled like you’re an inconvenience.nnI know staff are busy, but we are not spending our money in your store to be ignored or treated abruptly when needing assistance. Are we just obstacles to staff organising whatever stock they need to prioritise? Because that’s how it feels. Perhaps just close the doors and do your job behind the shutters if we are a bother- would that help the team morale?nnIt shouldn’t be so hard to get BASIC customer service…without the general public interrupting your work, you would have no work to DO - no stock to fill, no budgets to meet, no pay cheque!nnPlease priotise your customers; and the recruitment of staff with the right temperament for the job - your customers will be happy to return, and everything else will fall into place behind it.nnQuality customer service, kindness, patience, manners and a friendly smile should be standard issue - and you would think a large retailer like Kmart, would have no issues recruiting and training the right people in these front line roles - but clearly some work needs to be done, especially in this store. If you’re tired and worn out from your job - perhaps get a new one.nnAnd to end on a happier note - kudos to those select few wonderful staff I know you do have - the ladies at the door, the couple of ladies regularly on registers and staff at the layby desk - they are wonderful for the most part and they deserve some recognition for picking up the slack and holding together the few threads of customer service there are left in Kmart these days!
might be coming up to christmas but still no excuse for ALL of your trolleys to be in the way so no one can get in to get something. I asked for help and no one came to move anything
Honestly didn't think much of the store was there around 10 am this morning stock trolleys everywhere blocking aisles and shelves very had to shop amd have a decent look when you can't even get to what you want to look at at leastvthe customer service was okayish. You may however might want to invest in some classes for door person a polite goodmorning goes a long way even a hello would've been nice.
There seems to be some shady stuff going on in this store with Hot Wheels - there’s a manager there not sure of name - middle aged male? who has been spotted keeping the valuable collector models separate from the stock that goes on the sale floor, so they get first access to the valuable models before they’re put on display. What’s going on with that - are they selling them privately to collectors for personal profit? Surely that can’t be happening in a department store like this - I’ve spoken to a few other hot wheel hunters who all seem to be quite aware of this situation - Anybody else experienced this???
The older lady the works the customer service desk consistently exhibits disgusting rude, aggressive and lazy behavior and attitude.nDo better Kmart
