Bought a shirt yesterday but unfortunately a size to small, went in today to exchange it for a bigger size ,we'll I couldn't find my receipt, lady at service desk no impossible to exchange without receipt, policy changed on the first of august the shirt isle was only 4 isles away, this could've been exchanged w no hassle, no signage stating this new policy, gave the shirt back without a smile and purchased another, ,not even sorry sir,terrible service ,maybe k,mart should review this policy more closely I did have receipt of payment on my phone
I love Kmart! Yesterday I printed off some photos, and unfortunately when I got home they weren't in my bag.nI went back this morning and a lovely staff member had found them in the trolley, handed then into the customer service section, yay!nSo I was able to be reunited with them.nThank you Kmart super staff!nGood job you!
FYI, if you buy undies here you can not return them . I bought a pack of girls underwear for my daughter ,fully sealed pack Un opened.nTold store policy is NO returns on undies. I can understand that for undies that are not sealed but thus us ridiculous.nnKmart, I do not read store policies before shopping ,no one does .nThere is no signage in the underwear section stating this nor is there anything on the receipt.
Went to your store this morning and a lovely young assistant, Nikayla, went out of her way to help us find a bread box. She looked on line then went out to the back storage area when it wasn’t where it was supposed to be. Great service from a very polite cheerful young lady.
Bought a bag from their when I eventually opened it up to use it, it had this disgusting used pink hanky in it, and after touching it I've ended up in the ED with a severely sore throat? Like what the hell? Do they even check products that come in at all?
