Worst surf shop in Australia, un helpful and very rude staff.  The biggest rip off surf shop in Australia. Stay away for your own good. Verbal abuse to customers from staff and management. Never been  spoken to so badly at any retail outlet. Bad attitude and think there special because in a surf shop. BAD VIBE IN THAT SHOP.

Great staff, manager Mark is always great help and knowledgeable. Good buying power with number of stores so competitive pricing. Number of rentals and try before you buy.

I didn't buy anything here but the staff were super friendly and gave some suggestions for a possible temporary fix to get my board back in the water while up for a couple of days enjoying a good swell. Suggestions without trying to upsell is absolutely worth 5 stars in my book. And the suggested temporary fix worked.

Don't buy a board here, they said they would put a board aside for me after going in and showing interest and telling them I'll be there the next day, one day later they told me they sold it. What service
