My husband and I phoned Mathers Monday morning to ask about some men’s sandals for him. Kelli answered the phone and couldn’t be more courteous and very helpful with sizes they had available. We went to the store and sure enough Kelli was there with 3 pairs in my husband’s size. We were very impressed with not only her professionalism but also the store was starting to have more people coming in and she handled the situation great. We would go to that store again. Thankyou Kelli keep up the good work.
I love this shop from the time we move to Caloundra, 7yalways you can buy Good quality products on beginning of the season and good specials on ends of. Love my sandals very much, maid in SPAIN!!!

Good shoes but overpriced. Staff were quite pushy.
Service is terrible. Have been in there a few times and staff are more interested in paperwork than helping customers. I went in there to buy and try on a specific shoe and selected two other pairs to try on while I was trying on a shoe, the assistant had put one of the other shoes back on the shelf then went to lunch. Another customer picked it from the shelf to try on. When I went back to my seat, I noticed it was gone and asked the other assistant, who had just returned from lunch, if she took the shoe and she said no. I asked if they had another, but they didn’t. She was partially serving the other customer and doing something at the counter. I was waiting much too long before she asked me if I wanted help. This resulted in me walking out of the shop and you losing a sale. I don’t mind if they’re not in my face, but be mindful that you have two customers in the shop and you are not serving either. Not at all happy.
