Although on this occasion we had to return the shoes for reasons not connected with the quality or style of the shoes. They were perfect. There was a foot problem! Nonetheless, Shannon's stood out for their quality of service. Outstanding. The matter was dealt with courteously and promptly and a full refund was provided on return of the shoes. Yes, we would definitely shop online again with Shannon's shoes.
Lisa and the ladies at Shannon's Shoes are amazing. So polite and friendly and so happy to help. I love strolling in their on a Sunday when the Markets are on. The range of ladies shoes are endless and I always tend to find something that I love. What a service Shannon Shoes has been to the Caloundra Community and the main street of Caloundra all these years. Thank you.
We drove to Caloundra from the Gold Coast to buy shoes I had seen online, i know the store well as I previously lived in Caloundra & knew I would get the same impeccable service that I always received previously.. I am delighted with my new Ziera shoes & willingly will drive to Caloundra to buy more. The range of quality shoes is fantastic & the shop always looks amazing. A real Aladdin’s treasure trove… thank you thank you ..
What a great selection of quality shoes. I’ve been looking for a special brand of Spanish Italian shoe Taos. They had it. In my size at a competitive price. The staff were so lovely and helpful too.
I bought some beautiful shoes but they were the wrong size. As I am unable to visit the store due to ill health Shannon’s Shoes were able to help out with my husband. Looking forward to a visit very soon. Best customer service!
Always dealt with promptly and efficiently. This store has the most varied quality shoe products in town for my wife. The assistants always give time to your queries in the most helpful manner. The store even opens on sunday mornings in alignment with the Caloundra market.
Lovely selection of shoes, helpful staff and my purchase was cheaper than many other places for similar styles. The shoes are good quality and comfortable too.
Very welcoming store and staff. I breezed past on my way down the street and a pair of green sandals caught my eye. Great customer service makes a store and that’s what they have here. I would recommend calling in.
Bueno Halo shoes purchased from Shannons Shoes a beautiful design but the shoes are extremely tight in my size, completely squashing the sides of my feet into the sides of the shoes. I can't wear them. They don't look it, but they must be very narrow. This was my first order from Shannons Shoes and my first pair of Bueno shoes. Shannons Shoes policy doesn't allow returns on this style, so it has been a loss of the $102.05 that I paid. I won't be buying from Shannons Shoes again and don't recommend them based on their returns policy.
Excellent range of shoes..service was fantastic..not only did she know about all the products,styles etc..she totally gave me space & peace of mind to make my own decision..
