Helpfull staff and well stocked. Big shout out to Garry, he was happy to help find a new pair of shoes for my young bloke even though it was busy and looked as though they were short staffed, he was able to help us at the same time as a few other people looking for shoes, made it look easy and wasn’t flustered or over it trying to get through the late afternoon rush.
Had the best customer service experience from Lydian today. She helped us find some Nike Pros in my daughter’s size from the back and expertly fit out some new netball shoes. We didn’t have much time and she made it all super quick. Thank you!
Sale of used products as new and unacceptable customer servicennToday, I purchased a Garmin Forerunner 955 Solar at Rebel Kawana, making a one-and-a-half-hour trip from Brisbane after confirming its availability. After paying for the product, upon inspection, I discovered that the watch showed signs of use and activity records dating back to December. Incredibly, the staff offered to reset it to factory settings and sell it at the price of a new one, despite it having been used for over two months. This practice is unacceptable and constitutes misleading advertising. Additionally, I lost time and effort in the process, returning without the product I needed. My trust in Rebel has been completely destroyed. I do not recommend this store and suggest other buyers exercise caution.
The service here is dreadful. I got my daughter sized up in store for soccer boots. The lady told us the size was correct even though my daughter complained about them being too big. My daughter wore the boots for two minutes during warm up for soccer before the boots started slipping off. When we asked for a refund to buy a smaller pair they wouldn’t refund them because they had been worn for two mins on the field. Pathetic service, and then pathetic choice not to guarentee their service. If your looking for shoes. Go somewhere with better advice and to a company that stands by their service.
Another Rebel store that doesn't understand their demographic.nWent in to buy some men's runners for walking, bit of gym etc. I'd say about 95% of the men's trainers are brands and models that cost $250+, and perhaps only 5% of the shoes on display were around the $100 to $150 range.nI thought ok, no worries, this must be what their current demand for shoes is. Only here's where it becomes telling of the problem, they had barely any sizes left for the cheaper shoes, I was even told they sell really well and stock runs out quickly. However, they had plenty of sizes and stock left for the $250+ shoes.nSo I just left and didn't buy any shoes later bought 2 pairs on JD Sports online, if they would keep more stock and display more of the shoes in the price range they clearly sell more of, they would have made a sale, I probably would have even bought 2 pairs.nThis particular store is one of the one's converted from Amart Sports, it still has the Amart fitout, old carpet look etc. It's the kind of place that looks like you would get a budget friendly pair of Nike's or Adidas trainers, as Amart Sports used to be. Instead they're trying to sell products as if they're one of the premium flagship Rebel stores with shiny timber flooring, the kind you see in malls.
