Was just looking but Louise was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Really helpful and I ended up with a pair of softest comfortable sandals. Didn't have right size shoe for my sister but Louise organised right size to be delivered to the store for next day. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!

I have often shopped in this store - especially for special occasion shoes and always found the staff to be friendly helpful. Unfortunately though, when you change your mind, they have no problem with taking the shoes off your hands to resell, however do not like parting with your money and will only offer you 3 months store credit - aka 'double dipping'. I feel as though I've been punished for spending my hard earned money in their store... I will no longer shop here.
