Yes, we also should have read the reviews first before we went to these incompetents. They managed to lose a vital piece of part of a valuable clock that we had taken in for the battery to be replaced. Sounds like a simple enough operation, but they simply weren't up to it - they lost the bit that was necessary for this part to be fitted into the clock. This bit should never be taken off that part - you don't need to do that to fit the new battery. To add insult to injury there was no apology, no offer of reparation, just the repeated message that WE must have lost it! As if! We knew it didn't need to be taken off in the first place. Stay well away from these people, they don't know what they're doing.

Should have read the reviews first! Went to get a car key cut that I had bought not through Mister Minit but a Landrover repair shop, was told $29.50 and 30min wait, I thought that the price was high so I called 2 other Mister Minit on the coast and was quoted $9.95 for exactly the same key to be cut, when I asked the staff member why he was 3 times the price the excuses started rolling out and I was offered a $10 discount. To make it worse the key will not turn the lock in the door or the ignition as it is poorly cut and not linished, They guy wasn’t rude but I did feel like he was taking the piss, end result I will drive the extra distance to deal with someone other than this Buisness , not professional at all.

Worst service. Took a perpetual trophy in for engraving, they messed the plaque up, had to wait for the following day for a new plaque to arrive that never showed. Was told they would call back, never called. Picked the trophy up to take elsewhere and it was covered in scratches, totally destroyed!!! Luke served us and was totally useless. This was the 3rd mister minit on the coast we have visited to try and get a 10min job done. Staff at all stores are an embarrasment.

I wanted two different keys cut, obviously a too complicated job. They used one of the keys as a template, so I now ended up with only one key that fits one of the locks. Luke, the guy in front, blamed me for the mistake, saying I put pressure on the guy, as I was just standing there waiting. He told me to bring the lock to get the key cut, I asked for something in writing and his name, (in case he was not there, when I go back) he then told me that there were 2 by the name of Luke, and that he himself did not have a surname. Very rude. No star
