All staff incredibly helpful, upbeat and knowledgeable. Ready to support in store or over phone, help with problem solving and affordable options if needed. It's great to go to a place where they not only remember your name, but your aquarium system without needing to look you up.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable & store has plenty of aquarium equipment.. shop can be very busy nearly all the time, you need to have plenty of time to spare as waiting to be served can take awhile.. Somebody always available at the checkout would really be an improvement. I've heard of many people walking out due to long wait times.

Would never use this place again. They like to talk about male gentials and not the fish unfortunately in this shop, not a place to take your family! Will also not replace parts been waiting over a month for a protein skimmer to be replaced I guess they just gave up. Really sad business ethics’s.

Excellent selection of aquarium equipment at good prices. Very friendly staff. They do not sell many if any fish however.
