Mary-Annes Aquariums

Very disappointed in the fact I have to write this review but here we are. The product seems to be good however the customer service is abysmal. We visited in May-June 2020 for a quote for a tank. Were told it would be 8-12 weeks and paid over the required amount for deposit, and then that was it. No further communication was had and we were left continuously chasing up where our tank was for months on end. No communication from their end, only us chasing them to be met with excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't completed. It finally got delivered in March 2021 so 9-10 months later. On delivery, we noticed the lids didn't fit the tank properly and looked ridiculous so we asked them to take immediate action. They still demanded payment in full even though the tank wasn't even finished to an acceptable standard. I refused until they fixed the issue on the basis they had extremely poor communication from the get go. Funnily enough things got done super fast after payment had been denied until the issue was fixed and had a resolution in 5 days. The issue was fixed and they were paid in full. I then noticed the next day I had been deleted off their social media pages. Very childish behaviour from a company that's supposed to show professionalism. If you're after a company that cares about customer interaction, perhaps this isn't the place for you. If you just want a tank and don't care about the customer happiness side of things, I'm sure you can find something from here.

Two emails sent over Two weeks ago asking for a quote on a tank and still no reply to date. No customer service or just not interested in dealing with small people for a 5ft tank.

218 chambers flat road Waterford is their workshop and when it's say open on Google it means closed, there are no signs on the gate or fence. I was standing at the gate their garage was open when I messaged them, he replied saying I'm not at the workshop then I saw him closing the garage. and there is no aquarium shop on 133 Browns plain road..

Dennison is a legend amongst men. Quality and support is second to none. His reputation proceeds him!
