The manager was a disgrace. She doesn’t understand consumer law, will happily breach it and speaks to customers terribly. I returned a 1 day old phone & was told “it’s not my problem... go to apple at Chadstone”. I argued with her & couldn’t win. Primitive, lawless and unprofessional.

Young gentleman walked towards me as I walked into the shop. Friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and provided me with a contact phone number to resolve my repair question in under 4 mins. Well done! Not what I was expecting from past experiences in Telco shops.

You walk in wondering if you're going to get to speak to an adult, and then you're confronted by the typical rude millennial robot, who completely meets and exceeds your worst expectations. There is no service anymore, and no one willing to help a customer out... When you have a $1000 phone that dies within one month of the warranty ending, the last thing you want to hear from a pimple faced uninterested drone is 'Yeah, that's why warranties have an end date...'. Might as well have just live chatted with the online 'help', just as useless, but I'm not within punching range, so less likely to go to jail.
