Ordered two watermelons from click and collect order no 243239467 and one was in really bad condition and wasn’t edible at all. I have always received good quality products from click and collect and I always appreciate the service. For the next time please make sure that we are getting good quality fresh produce that is consumable. Thanks

The aisles are clean and well maintained giving way to easy navigation.nnThe variety of products available is exciting. Coles’ wide range of both popular and niche items is inspiring, allowing customers to explore new options while still finding all their essentials. The fresh produce, the deli and the meats section are particularly appealing with good selection of high quality products.nnAn aspect to note, which I especially liked, was the promotional offers and discounts available. These help in saving bits here and there, which is always a plus. However, while Coles generally offers competitive prices, there are items that seemed a bit on the higher side.nnThe self checkout counters are quite convenient for quick and hassle-free checkout process. Nonetheless, the manned checkout lines, especially during peak hours seemed a bit understaffed, leading to longer wait times.nAmple parking space and easy access to clean shopping trolleys is an added advantage.nnWith a few adjustments to address pricing issues, checkout efficiency, clearing out of the ‘layabouts’ and 'seeming homeless’ people teeming the surrounding area, Coles could easily earn a full 5 star from me in the future.nnI will definitely be doing my grocery shopping at Coles, Peel St.
It has happened more than once that I've asked for the bread to be cut, and the employees who were cleaning the counter with chemicals simply stop whatever they're doing and don't wash their hands or put on gloves before handling the bread, which is totally unhygienic.
The registers being closed more than 3 hours before close is actually crazy. And when I asked if I could please go to a register as I had an overfilling trolley I get sent to the service desk where there is no belt. All to be rushed because some bloke wanted smokes.
