lovely store, i was helped by a lovely young boy, i didn’t know where to find the packet pasta and he led me right to it. all thanks to daniel, keep it up with the helpful, kind heartened workers. your store is amazing and clean. 10/10 recommend :
Very disappointed with this so-called service. Last time items were missing from delivery, and my wife was accused of lying about this. This time I ordered and was told it would be ready between 11 and 1130. I made my way to supermarket at 1130 no sms received yet. When I checked order through email it said that It had been picked up. Made my way to the door and was told the order was ready but I had to wait, with that I was very unhappy and swore but not the staff member. After 40 minutes waiting my order finally arrived and the staff member informed me that my custom was no longer welcome at this store. To add insult to injury 2 items of oat milk where missing.nnWe spend $300 per week on average at this store and wont be back ever again.
Standard Coles supermarket. Well stocked store. Plenty of 2 hr free parking. Mostly self checkout.
Well layed out, plenty of room between isles, lots of choices of so many products, & shop is clean
Really good bakery - the best I got so far from Coles in Ballarat. Fruit and vegetables could have a better variety. However, the products they have are fresh and nice.nThe frozen sector has lots of different products: frozen vegetables, meat pies, chicken and fish frozen products, and nanna's apple pie - the best! Coles Ballarat has everything you need for a month groceries.
