New in town and needed some xantham gum, they didn't stock it but the customer service I received was excellent from a lovely lady by the name of Tracey. She was just on her way to a break but stopped to help me and even went on to ask one of the other team members if he had ever seen it, no they hadn't ever. She then proceeded to offer suggestions as to where I may be able to find it in the surrounding areas. With staff like this I will be back to shop for other items. Well done Tracey. 😉

There are two Coles in Ballarat and I prefer this one as its seems larger. The other store is next to a Woolworths but I never go there so its not an advantage.

Have had a few issues when android pay was not available. Has not been an issue of late. Staff are always friendly

Nice clean store good choice of everything, i had a very helpful guy help me to look for an item he went out of his way which is rare so good shopping experience ill be back
