We needed to replace the entire carpet on our empty investment property. I emailed one evening and Jim called by 10am the next day. Jim collected the keys from our agent and emailed a quote within a day.,job was priced right and done within 2 days, with numerous photos sent after completion. I'm he really impressed with their efficiency. we found a tenant the next day

Service was great up until we paid and the flooring was laid. The wrong colour trim was supplied and fitted, the edge trim was not installed correctly and our efforts to get them to fix it were ignored. Promises to return telephone calls were never kept. They pulled out all stops to sell the product but fell very short on after sales follow up and service.

Greg is extremely friendly and looked after us from start to finish. We went around Ballarat to look for quotes and Delta has offered us the best price.
