We were just served by Jacob at JB HI in Traralgon. He was great - friendly and super helpful!nI was buying two iPads for my 24 y.o daughter who has Profound Autism.nMy daughter breaks things when she is heightened. I have spent thousands of dollars on replacing broken devices during my daughter’s life, particularly iPads.nJacob patiently explained to us I’m deaf that for $6.99 a month we can have coverage on our iPad for breakage.nI still can’t believe this option is available. It’s incredible!!nThanks very much to Jacob for looking after us so well. Exceptional customer service! Well done Jacob!

I did some online shopping a few years ago and they got the order totally wrong so im never doing online shopping even again so thank you job. Every time i go onto there websites it keeps saying this item is out of stock or this place does not sell this item. So i dont know what’s going on in this shop.nnBallarat jb hi finIs your website outdated or something or are we all getting close to the age of digital that Sony PlayStation just announced… but over all it’s still a nice electronic store to go to people. One of the rare times I have had to request staff assistance unfortunately multiple times with buying something. Usually they are excellent at popping over and asking if you need a hand but maybe the shop might not be employing enough staff early in the day.nOnce I had staff attention they were their normal helpful selves as you comecto expect from JB HiFinI still enjoy going there as much as I did years ago
