Today me and my dad went into JB hi-fi Ballarat to get our new phones and Hannah is the best customer service evernnwe love you Hannah!!

The place is good and has got most of the stock but with the service the men are attentive and doing good worknDon't know why but most of the women just ignore people and pretend they're always busy or some of them give mean faces.nNot sure if they're that way or been told to be like that

The staff were very helpful. I made an error on my click and collect order by selecting the wrong store. Despite being very busy on Black Friday, the team tried to call the other store who were also under the pump. They were able to get it all sorted and were very calm and relaxed. Several staff members checked in to ensure we were being looked after. I shop at this store often and haven't had anything but good experiences.

Honestly, my son and I had the best experience here today. Lovely Hannah was so patient with me and really took time to make sure I was informed before I purchased. What an attribute to the company! Then Noah helped my son with PC information. He was extremely kind and generous with him which I appreciated. Just a fantastic experience all up. Oh, and I got my new phone at about half price. Yay me

I bought an item in early December 24. Nathan Byron Mark and Nella went over and beyond in their help the 3 times I went to the shop and finally returned the faulty item to see today. They did their best to sort out the issues and I am so grateful
