JB Hi-Fi

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! On numerous occasions with various staff members, I've always found they'll bend over backwards to help you, find the right product, answer your questions or simply provide decent advice. It's like every other JB store - fully stocked with your electronic entertainment needs - however this one does need a little renovation. They make up for this with stellar customer service :)

Great choices in-store, but I have (often) waited up to 20 minutes for help, even when it's not very busy. I have, several times, left the store and bought at The Good Guys instead. That said, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable - it could just be a case of not enough staff on the floor at any one time? Or maybe I just have bad luck.

The staff here are more interested in talking about there weekend plans then serving customers. The Good Guys which are now owned by JB have much better customer service and often better prices.

Did some Christmas shopping here. Great range had some really good bargains happening. At first was a bit put off at size of queue at registers but there were plenty of people working flat out and was in and out in no time.

The service of the staff is dreadful. They'd rather stand around and talk to each other than help you with something. Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated, having to wait nearly 20 mintues just for someone to tell me if something was in stock. Walked out before they even got me help with anyone, as I was clearly not their priority. The store wasn't even busy. Won't be going back in.
