I’ve been in contact with Malcom since November last year looking for the perfect car to tackle Queenstown. Almost 4 months later I finally found one! 
Malcom has been the epitome of professional; taking on all of my requests and helping me sift through the sea of potential cars. 
Upon finding the right one he took his time with the inspection, giving the car a thorough look over and check, before coming back to me with all relevant information to determine the outcome. He has always been frank and honest in all dealings, taking the time to explain each and any issues so that I understand the course of action to be taken. 
I feel like I actually understand the innards of my new truck far better than I could have hoped, and know that there will be no other mechanic trusted to ensure the safety and longevity of my vehicle!

Malcom was great guy, he was taking time to explain to us about car condition and what should we do to keep the car better condition. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota car! If you have Toyota car definitely recommend to use Tech2u!

Malcolm was fantastic! He got to us within 10 minutes and was very pleasant and friendly. He solved the problem with our vehicle very quickly, allowing us to get back on the road fast as we were in a rush. Would highly recommend Malcolm at Tech4u. Thanks!

Malcom is very professional and kind.
He takes the time to explain you what your car needs and provide the best services.
He changed my oil and filter as well as by break pads and I am very happy with it.
Definitely recommend

I'm so grateful for all the incredible work that Malcom has done on my car! 
I've used Tech2u a few times in the last couple of months. At first I needed an oil change and checkup on my car. Malcom fit me in right away and even came to my workplace to do the work so that I didn't have to find time to get to him. I was really impressed with all the information he gave me stating exactly what was done (he definitely went above and beyond to make sure it would all run smoothly) and what is recommended to be done with the car in the future. 

Recently I have used his services again to help me get my WOF re-issued after it failed for a few issues. He again worked around my schedule to help me fix the problems right away and get my car back to road safety standards. I'm truly grateful for his impeccable professionalism, prompt response, and the thoroughness of the work he does. 

Will definitely be using Tech2u again and would recommend to anyone seeking out a reliable, professional and thorough mechanic!
