May is the best - so professional and personable! I went in there to get a puncture fixed, but she went above and beyond to check my tyre pressure, oil and battery. 10/10 service, I will definitely be back. Thanks May

I went here the other week to get a new battery for my car and May was soooo helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure everything fitted great and installed it for me. She even pumped up my tyres and noticed one of the them has some damage and needs to be replaced which I probably would have not noticed till it was too late. She let me know when they would have that tyre in stock and when to come by to replace it. Absolutely amazing customer service!!

I popped in yesterday morning on the off chance I could get a puncture repaired. May was working on her own, with multiple customers in the store. This woman is a legend. Although run off her feet, she had a big smile, whipped my tyre off, popped my spare on and promised the puncture would be fixed by mid afternoon.  I received a phone call just after lunch letting me know my tyre was ready to go.  What a gem!  I highly recommend May, what a helpful, happy lady to deal with! Will definitely be back!

My 4wd had a flat battery. Instead of waiting ages for AA road service I phoned Beaurepaires. They sent someone over straight away to give me a jump start. I then went to their workshop. A battery test was done and I definitely needed a new one. They were very knowledgeable about the best battery for my vehicle. The price was right so I bought one and had it installed. I was on my way again in 15 minutes. All this happened a couple of months ago and I'm still gobsmacked over how friendly and efficient they were. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot rate Levi high enough for the service. It ended up not being good news for my puncture repair and he did everything he could to get me back on the road as a tourist passing through - successfully!

Only coming here now, May is amazing. Kindest person ever and seriously knows her stuff… 11/10 thank you again!!

This team did a wonderful job for me!! When the tyres weren’t at the shop when they told me they expected them to be delivery from Chch must have made an error, they called me back and discussed getting a better option at the same quoted price. Got me in immediately. I felt my time and business was greatly respected. They got a customer for life in me!!

Despite being down in Queenstown from Canterbury and having a disintegrating tyre, I was just needing a spare changed over Wheel studs were partially corroded and I couldn't budge by hand  I was told to come back in two or three days as they were fully booked out.

May was fantastic. Last day of the year and still happy to help out. Absolutely recommend when in Queenstown.

After a stressful morning of a flat tire and waiting for the AA in the freezing cold, May and Nicholas at Beaurepaire's Queenstown,  May in the office and Nicholas the technician couldn't have been more helpful, kind and efficient in getting me back on the road.  A breathe of fresh air and smiles in challenging times. Thank you.  Simone
