I was recommended be a friend when I first moved down here and no complaints so far. Been twice and they are the best mechanics I've been to. Being a young woman where we normally get ripped off. I have never experienced this with them. They treated me as an equal and never over priced. When I took my car in for something I thought was wrong but they found there wasn't anything wrong, they didn't charge me and was free of charge.

We have been using Alpine autos for any troubles with our carsmine and my wife’s for over three years now. Professional service and very well informed/capable  staff. Recently went there to get my car’s battery charged up and wasn’t charged a cent. Strongly recommend Alpine to look after your vehicleService:&nbsp;Battery

Came in without a booking to ask if they had time to look at my car and check the fluids before I did a trip to Christchurch. They were very busy and short staffed but still were happy to help and topped everything up for me. Very friendly team and owner. I always go to them whenever I have a problem and classic me knocked my wing mirror on my van and needed it fixed.  The guy was super helpful and super nice as well. He did what he could with my wing mirror without having to order parts. Was super fast maybe like 15 minutes maybe less.  That was a few months ago now and it’s still holding strong and I’m really happy with it.  Didn’t even charge me this time, they’re just really good here.Service:&nbsp;Vehicle maintenance

What can I say, these guys are amazing!!Travelling from Christchurch to Queenstown, as we arrived the car started playing up.Knowing we had to travel back in a few days we were stressing as to how to sort it in time.Despite the fact that they were completely booked up the guys at Alpine took the time to look at the car on the spot to try and suss the problem. Consequently they solved it leaving us to be able enjoy our time in Queenstown.Old school service, thanks so much guys! Jake, you are awesome!!!

Came by as we were passing through queenstown to ask about fixing a bit of plastic covering that had come loose under the bumper. Thought it might take a while to fit us in but they had a look straight away and fixed it in under an hour. Great service, really helpful and friendly. Thanks very much, hope you guys have a good Christmas!

Our family on holiday staying at semi remote Moke Lake , near Queenstown, with tons of gear. Our trusty Ford Mondeo had started juddering at 2500 revs on drive down from Christchurch . Getting worse when in Queenstown. AA gave NO service. But a cell for some garages. ALL CLOSED for Christmas / New Year. By PURE COINCIDENCE the Garage owner painting floors after hours when we called past while my wife rang. Thankfully he picked up phone.  The owner was 11 / 10:  helpful, dedicated and onto it. Diagnosing the fault. sourcing the part and reassuring us in process.  We are eternally grateful that the garage owner went out of their way in their time off to Help us.  I sincerely wish the AA could have done the same rather than saying spark plugs and driving off. The spark plugs were fine: it was the coil playing up.Service:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic
