US traveler that passed through Queenstown back in October/November, year 2022. New Zealand is amazing. Experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had at an auto shop! I rented a Toyota Prius during my time in the country and was concerned about the oil/past maintenance on the vehicle from previous renters. There was one store clerk running the entire business that day, and she handled every customer, including myself with such respect and urgency! If the owner sees this, hope this employee gets recognized!Service:&nbsp;Oil change

Had and urgent tyre replacement needed.  The whole team was super helpful and friendly.  Got me sorted with a new pair I lucked out that the had something in my size and budget meaning I could get back to Dunedin that day and be on time for work tomorrow!!.  This sort of team and experience is why I love supporting local wherever I travel.

A+ Service, Highly recommended!  These guys got me out of a pickle were I was down from Canterbury and I had a disintegrating tyre and other tyre companies were like "We're fully booked come back in two or three days"

Great service from John who was able to fit us in for a last minute puncture repair which turned out to actually be a tire replacement despite having a packed schedule. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, honest shop! Gerry managed to repair my tire after I caught a nail. Saved my new tire from being replaced again! Legends!

Gerry was up to his armpits with work at lunchtime on a Friday before a long weekend, when he was on his own, I arrived with a deflating tyre, and lack of jack. He sorted the problem. fixed the tyre in short order, was more polite than he needed to be when I found the jack, after a less than average bloke look. Was in need of new brake pads for my landcruiser. Called up last minute on a friday and Gerry booked me in for sat morning. Had the pads all done in under an hour, great service and great bloke Gerry is. Would recommend to anyone to stop by if your on your travels or a local. Thanks again!

My partner and I were visiting this past weekend and we suffered a flat tire with no hope of repair. We called around first thing in the morning on a Sunday and spoke with John. He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to have a new tire of the exact same make delivered and installed the same day! Without him we would have been stranded. Highly recommend!

Came in today to get my tyres rotated. I booked in the day before and just so easy to deal with great price great service and a nice Irishman to chat with too. Highly recommend this to anyone local or myself passing through. Top marks team well done !!!
